Terms & conditions

  • The management reserves the right of admission.
  • For admission in the cinema hall, a valid ticket is required.
  • In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket cannot be issued.
  • Tickets once purchase cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
  • In case of cancellation of any movie show, food items purchase from Concession or Food Court area cannot be refunded.
  • Tickets prices are subject to change without any prior notification.
  • Viewers are required to preserve their M-Tickets or printed tickets till they exit the cinema hall.
  • Children of age 3 years and above require ticket.
  • Vehicle parking within the Cinemas Premises is at owner’s risk.
  • All viewers are subject to strict security check. It is for your own safety. Kindly bear with us.
  • Outside eatables & drinks are not permitted.
  • Weapons, fire arms, arms, bulky luggage, bag, suitcase, briefcase, laptop, camera, video camera, etc. to be deposited with the security storage rack at own risk and the management is not responsible for the same. No compensation will be given to any patrons if the items stored are lost or misplaced.
  • Possession and/or consumption of chewing gum, paan, paan masala, guthka, tobacco etc… in any form is strictly prohibited and liable for confiscation.
  • Smoking & spitting in cinema hall are strictly prohibited. If any patron found to be smoking or spitting in Cinema then Rs.500 fine will be impose on that patron.
  • Consumption of alcoholic drinks & drugs is not permitted and liable for police action.
  • Photography and/or video recording of the file though mobiles phones or any devices are not allowed & liable for police action.
  • Miscreants shall be handed over to the police.
  • During the screening of a movie, mobile phones are to be kept on ‘silent mode’.
  • The 3D glasses will be available at the cinema for 3D films and must be returned before patrons exit the premises.
  • The patrons below the age of 18 years cannot be admitted for movies certified “A”.
  • Please check your personal belongings before exiting the cinema hall. The management is not responsible for the same.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any movie show for any reason whatsoever without prior notice. However, in case of cancellation of any movie show, full refund will be made if the ticket are bought from Cinema ticket window.
  • In case of cancellation of any movie show, the patrons who have booked their tickets through third party company like BookMyShow website/app, the terms and conditions of cancellation and refund will be as per BookMyShow. For cancellation and refund, the patron has to call BookMyShow Customer Care and Cinema Management will not give a refund at their end.
  • Patrons shall not be allowed to leave the movie theatre during the movie and re-enter.
  • Decision(s) taken by Cinema Management shall be final and binding.
